Commercial terms:

The price of goods and the terms of placing an order in retail stores may differ from the price and terms of the online store.

A 100% prepayment is required to place and receive your order.

For other payment terms and payment deferrals, you can enter into an individual agreement at the retail store.

Payment and Order Fulfillment

Payment for orders placed on the website is accepted via bank transfer only. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and delivered to your chosen store, pickup point, or specified address. You will be notified via email and/or SMS.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

Items of inadequate quality may be returned within the warranty period.
