For Legal Entities
The Crystal Protect online store invites legal entities to cooperate. You can place an order independently through our website or contact the nearest store using the phone numbers listed below.
Registration and Order Placement on Your Own:
- Register on our website. During registration, select the “Legal Entity” option on the page and fill in your company details.
- If you have any questions, your manager’s phone number and email address are available in your personal account under “My Settings.”
- When placing an order, fill in all required details and receive an invoice in electronic form*.
- All fields during checkout are mandatory. If you cannot proceed to the invoice page, please check all fields again — missing or incorrect fields will be highlighted in red.
- You will then be redirected to a page with the “Download Invoice” button. Download the electronic invoice and complete the payment.
Important!
Invoices for amounts up to 1,000 rubles are issued without VAT only. To obtain an invoice with VAT for amounts up to 1,000 rubles, please contact a retail store.
Commercial Terms:
The prices of goods and the terms of order placement in retail stores may differ from the prices and terms of the online store.
You can download the agreement for making a one-time purchase via the link. To discuss personal offers and individual terms,
please contact the retail store that is most convenient for you.
A 100% prepayment is required to place and receive an order. For alternative payment terms or deferred payment options, you may conclude an individual agreement at a
retail store.
Payment and Order Collection:
- Payment for orders placed on the website is made by bank transfer only.
After the payment is received, the order will be processed and delivered to the store, pickup point, or address specified by you. You will be notified by email and/or SMS.
Exchange and Returns, Warranty:
- Returns of goods of inadequate quality are possible within the warranty period.
- We invite service stations (STO), taxi fleets, and transport companies to cooperate with us. We are ready to offer individual terms, including customized pricing, optimal delivery times, and even storage of stock tailored to your needs.
